Victoria Beckham has truly ‘pulled it out of the bag’ on the style front this week, giving both the paparazzi and street style press a colourful and chic front-door to Range Rover show. This has to be my favourite of her February looks to date. Her choice could have appeared ‘dowdy’ – check out that matronly dress length. But, this sartorially bold decision is saved by the dramatic blue versus red colour clash, her waved ‘lob’ hairstyle and sharp, but classic, tortoiseshell shades. However, it’s the shoes that secure my stamp of approval on this look. They are beautifully awkward – an original take on the ordinary court and a further twist in VB’s lesson in elegant, yet edgy, day-dressing.

At Gemma Redmond Vintage we strive to be equally elegant and edgy. This 1930s bracelet with its open-work silver tone panels, could have been considered ordinary, were it not for the dramatic red mirror detailing. Coincidentally, this bracelet would be the perfect accessory for Victoria’s look.
